The little things...

I am interested in what small things surprised you as you lost weight. i.e. freely crossing your legs. Were you able to do things you had forgotten about being able to do. I think this could be an encouraging to us that have not been banded yet or are just getting started. I know that everyone that loses weight will be able to walk more freely, and live a more fulfilling life... I just want to know the small things that made you smile the first time you were able to do them again.

Being able to cross my legs indian style all the way, not needing an extension seat belt on the airplane, being to almost fit into my prom dress from 5 years ago. Just feeling a whole lot better!

I haven't lost too much yet but I notice with what I have lost I don't have any aches and pains in my legs when I get up in the morning and walk downstairs.
