Im doing good but been drinking so thats been slowing things down a bit. My plan was to loose weight slowly so i dont get loose skin so i guess im achieving want i wanted. ;)

Not good. I don’t recommend it. Its super addicting and i get really fuct up. Not like before when i could of drank a lot more
