I have UHC and the main thing to focus on is that your first appointment weight CAN NOT be less than your last. That is the way they make you start over. So my first appointment I was 309 now at 6t

I am currently in my 2nd month of UnitedHealthCare required doctor monitored 6 month diet before surgery.
Does anyone have tips on this? How to answer the Doctor on what to do? WHAT to do without loosing TOO much without being denied by falling under the 40BMI required? I actually think I gained this month!! And I’m struggling with 5 more months of “diet and exercise tips” to tell the doctor... or is that actually the reality??
Please Help I’m new and confused
