I had the exact same thing happen! After months of testing they found my estrogen was really low due to rapid weightloss. Apparently this is very common

TMI-- my period has gone missing!
I am definitely not pregnant. But it's normally very much on schedule and it's about a week late now. I had it before my surgery (surgery date 1/3). I was on a liquid diet at that time, I feel like if I had it then, I should have it now.
I've been following the doctors instructions, getting in 70-80 grams of protein and 54-64 oz of water a day. I'm eating around 700-800 calories a day. I don't feel like I'm starving myself.
Anyone else experience no period after surgery?
