I'm 16 months post op so I eat everything in moderation now. Early on I followed a low carb diet. Pinterest and Instagram became my best friend for recipes. One of my favorite go to meals in taco salad!

After months of testing they found I have really low estrogen due to the rapid weightloss ( apparently this is common). We are starting induced ovulation with fsh injections next week. I'm just wondering what you eat/ate while trying to conceive or once you were pregnant?
