I am currently 16 months post op with pcos and I have lost 100 kilos.

At 12 months we were given the go ahead to try for a baby but my periods stopped. After months of testing they found I have really low estrogen due to the rapid weightloss ( apparently this is common).

We are starting induced ovulation with fsh injections next week. I'm just wondering what you eat/ate while trying to conceive or once you were pregnant?

Did your doctor not tell you how to eat ?.. pretty important question to ask.

Go to you PCP and ask for a nutrition referral they have really good ways to help balance everything you need! Black cohosh might also help but again consult your Dr

PCP= primary care physician... just in case anyone is wondering not trying to insult
