I take Miramax every other day. It doesn't cause cramping and helps relieve constipation

Smooth Move herbal tea is the schits:) (Literally!!!) Very gentle, but works! Sold almost everywhere...Walmart and Target have it...in the herbal teas. I was a skeptic...it made me a believer:)

Looks like this:

I had really BAD constipation week 3. I waited 7 days until the pain was unbearable. Worse experience of my life. Surgeon recommended miralax. Went to er and sent me home to do a fleet enema. I was scared to do it but so glad i did because it was the only thing that worked. Now if i dont go by second day i take a dose of miralax. But now that im staying consistent with fluids and incorporating more solid foods i dont have any problems and go almost daily. Hope this helps. My biggest advice is dont wait more than 3 days to do something about it.

I've had bad constipation almost my whole life, I finally started adding a stool softener every day with my vitamins that way I don't forget to take it. Has anyone tried Vivensce , I think that's what it's called.
