  1. Yeah the medical group (west medical) that i did my surgery through have patients do liquids for 1 month and then pureed for 1 week then soft foods to solid. I agree its a bit overkill but i figure it well help to get the max out of my weight loss during this stage.
  2. I ate about a 1/4 of a homemade chicken tamale last night and luckily did not throw it up but experienced discomfort for about 2 hrs. I am about a month postop and still on full liquids per my doctor. I know i could handle pureed diet by now but im following the timeline for now. It was my first time cheating and i dont regret it because now that ive experienced it i wont do it again. I learn things the hard way apparently.
