As of this morning I am down -200 pounds since my sleeve surgery on November 9, 2016.

That's a little shy of 15 months. Starting at 470 lbs I am 270 pounds right now and would like to lose 30 more.

If anyone is on the fence about getting this surgery done, please just do it.

It's been a pretty easy road for me and I'm grateful about that.

Here's to the next 30 and goal weight!!!!!

I got a little scared about 2 months into my pre-op program and thought I might back out. Glad I didn't it's the best decision I've ever made.

My fear is surrounded more around how i can eat , my liquid intake, i had heard i would have to take sips at first, what was your experience?

It was some spots at first but it wasn't bad at all. I kept water with me all the time and constantly sipped. The worst part for me is remembering to eat. I'm not hungry at all.
