-200 lbs lost!

  • Popular Post

As of this morning I am down -200 pounds since my sleeve surgery on November 9, 2016.

That's a little shy of 15 months. Starting at 470 lbs I am 270 pounds right now and would like to lose 30 more.

If anyone is on the fence about getting this surgery done, please just do it.

It's been a pretty easy road for me and I'm grateful about that.

Here's to the next 30 and goal weight!!!!!

It was some spots at first but it wasn't bad at all. I kept Water with me all the time and constantly sipped. The worst part for me is remembering to eat. I'm not hungry at all.

@RussT

Congratulations! Keep going until you reach your goal. Everyone told me that starting at nearly 400 pounds, I couldn't go below 200. I am at 173 now, and am completely thrilled with my progress. Anything is possible if you make good decisions!

Take care and best wishes.
