Someone noticed!!!!

I am sooo excited. At work today someone actually asked me if I lost weight, because I look thinner!

I have lost over 20lbs and no one has said anything and I know it's hard bc I am heavy and I expected people to start noticing around 40lbs.

what a great feeling!

:clap2::clap2: OH YEAH doesn't that feel the greatest!!!! Specially if its someone you don't know but see everyday and they even notice!

CONGRATS!!!! keep it up!

Well Done, thats Fantastic,it Gives You Even More Confidence To Keep Going, its Worth It.i Had My First Comment The Otherday As Well[yeah]and That Day I Was Feeling A Bit Down And The Lady Who Comented Made My Day.

I was the opposite...I felt a drastic change at 20 pounds and the only comments I got were "Well, I can see it kindof in your face...." which was disappointing. Suddenly though in the last 10 pounds (I'm at 48 now) EVERYONE is commenting. It's like I jumped over some fence or something.

About 5 years ago, I lost over 100lbs with diet pills and I remebered that no one said anything untli about 40lbs. I was devastated, so I knew what to expect this time!

I can't wait til someone tells me that I look thinner, guess I have a lot of prople trained not to comment on my weight lol
