Ouch!!!

Anyone have an issue with biting your lip since losing weight? I keep frigging biting my lip hard enough to draw blood. It is driving me crazy!

Am I just being an idiot that can’t chew properly or does this have to do with weight loss?

Once you bite it once, you will rebite in the same place--a lot! Until the swelling goes down.

Ya that’s been happening. But even after it heals and is normal.. I friggen bite it all over again. It’s a never ending cycle. [emoji24]

Maybe you're nervous like me, recently my lipchewing has been bad, my bottom one is tender tonight

I’m not sure I’d call it lip chewing... it’s more of an involuntary biting of my lip. I’ve drawn blood. Today I was chewing on a carrot stick when it first happened.
