Hey it happens to everyone.. I haven't lost weight for the last 3 weeks.. well maybe 2 pounds.. Nothing to worry about as long as you are following your meal plan (proteins, veggies, water intake, portions).. It is just temporary.. focus in size instead of weight.. good luck :)
