Experiencing My First Stall

So I was sleeved on 11/20 and I've dropped about 30lbs so far! Very VERY happy with my results thus far, but the last 3-4 days I've noticed that my scale is at a standstill.

Now, I know I shouldn't weigh myself every day, and I know that stalls are normal, but being that it's so early in my weight loss journey, I'm wondering if there are any tips or tricks that would help to accelerate loss at this point? It's tough because I'm consuming around 500 calories a day still (hitting my protein/fluids targets) and I feel like I can't take in much more than that!

I was sleeved 11/16 and I noticed when I introduced solid foods earlier this week, my weight stalled. My NUT said to increase my fiber through vegetables, and things starting moving again.

it's the three week stall. Almost everyone goes through that.
