I agree with Berry78, just focus on the requirements/goals first and foremost. Do whatever you can to get those 60g of protein and 64oz of fluid. Remember, protein shakes like Premier Protein count

btw - many of us don't get physically hungry again for a few months - some up to a year. So use that to its full advantage!!

Hello- I just entered the puréed food stage and I want to make sure I’m doing this right. During the liquid diet I wasn’t hungry at all. I tried to eat soup and pudding a few times but I mainly just had liquids. Now that I’m in the puréed stage, if I’m not hungry should I just not eat or should I be eating?
