Wow...GREAT Illustration!

One of the hardest things for me to adjust to is learning not to drink with meals or for 30 minutes after meals. I just saw this video on another social site and it really helped me to understand why it’s important not to drink during/too soon after meals, so I thought I’d share! (Sorry if this has been shared on here a lot before...I’m new here! [emoji6])
