December Surgery Dates

I’m scheduled for my bypass on December 4th. Is anyone else having their surgery in December? I’m nervous but excited!

I’m doing pretty darn good. Everyday I’m more back to normal. I sleep more at night but the daytime napping is resolved. I don’t have anymore pain, just a small area of discomfort.

Im on full liquids and moving to purée on Monday with my first surgeon appt on the 20th for follow up. I believe I will be down 20 pounds by then lol.

Good luck! May you have a safe and successful surgery!

Sitting here in the “show your bum” hospital gown, grateful for the paper undies!

Now it is here, in an hour, I am less nervous.

Like all of you, I will rock this thing.

xx

That's fantastic progress! Congrats!

I just got confirmed for the 28th! Yay!!

And here I am, 24 hours in. Went well, no nausea.

Mine was open surgery, with nand removal, so I feel a bit “kicked in the chest” but otherwise all good.

Have had ice to aid dry mouth. Really, nothing too hard at this point!

My surgery is scheduled for Dec 29th. I am very very excited to go through this journey. I start my liquid diet on the 22nd..unfortunately right before Christmas. Please Pray for me!!

December 18. Can't get here soon enough. So ready to start this new journey!

I am scheduled for revision from Band to Bypass on December 18th. I need to be at the hospital at 9am.

So glad to hear everything went smoothly and you are doing well!

I had my sleeve done on December 4, I had my doctors appointment on Tuesday. My doctor is pleased with my results. On Tuesday I was down 16.6 pounds since my last visit from 11-21. I’m feeling good. I move to a phase 3 on Monday. Looking forward to a scrambled egg :))
