So three days post-op and did one of the Sugar Free Crystal Light Lemon and had my family go and get a few more flavors, but NONE of our lo stores have it. They just have the regular packs. Now they seem to have the same ingredients but was wondering if they are Truly the same??? I know I can get “actual” Sugar Free ones on Amazon, but holy crap, they are way expensive. Any suggestions or thoughts???

Yes, if you check the nutrition label you will see no sugar, and zero carbs.

I also buy the larger packets that make a 2qt container. I usually keep two flavors in my fridge.

Crystal Light Pure has truvia and sugar in it. I tried it, but to me the regular Crystal Light tastes much better.

Try the liquid over the powder. I can no longer stomach the powdered stuff (not after I saw the residue it left behind in some of my bottles...) but the liquid is the bomb.

Crystal light is a godsend...
