I just went to the grocery store. Preop, I got my protein powder from GNC and Walmart. Postop I couldn't tolerate it, so stuck with dairy and other food.

    I shop all over because each store offers something that the other may not. Also I try a lot of new and different recipes, so I like seeing who has the best fruits and vegetables.

    I also buy my meat from a Butcher and Fish from the Market.

    I’m on full liquids now. I stocked up on protein shakes and jello from sams club. I got unjury chicken protein broth from online. I got chicken broth and sugar free Powerade from Walmart. I have started looking on bariatricpal.com. They have some recipes for the other stages but I haven’t bought anything for them yet
