  • I have logged everything I have eaten on my fitness pal since about day 3. I started logging mostly to keep track of protein intake but also calories. I have generally taken in 700-900 cal since 1 wk

  • You don't really have to count calories yet at this stage. Focus on staying hydrated and trying to meet your protein goals Calorie counting can start when you're on to solid food

  • I think I was right around the 600-800 range at that point.

I have logged everything I have eaten on my fitness pal since about day 3. I started logging mostly to keep track of protein intake but also calories. I have generally taken in 700-900 cal since 1 wk post op., I know others that are taking in fewer calories but this is what works for me. It takes a bit to figure it all out and to see what works for you, good luck on your journey.

I think I was right around the 600-800 range at that point.
