Had a different surgery years ago and I'm prone to keloid scarring. Went to a plastic surgeon who injected the scars with cortisone injections and they flattened out. Insurance covered the procedure.

Vitamin E oil (as suggested by Surgeon), Bio Oil and ScarAway. The best thing is time. I have to look for my scars to see them now.

Hi guys, it will be three weeks tomorrow since my surgery. What are you guys using on your surgery scars to fade them? Mine feels a little raised and hard. I hope it isn't scar tissue.
