I put unflavored protein powder in my broth it made it a little bit thicker and it made me stop feeling hungry

Does anybody have any suggestions or ideas to get through the liquid phase thursday I will be 2 weeks post op and broth and popcicles are getting old


Also any protein drink suggestions I was doing premier protein and I just can't seem to get them down


I was also loud Crystal Light and decaffeinated tea

I did premiere then i found one its a 30$ for 12 but they are soo good ,got them from rite aidr or GNC there called lean shake

I use bariatric advantage chocolate protein powder irs great


I wasn't able to after about 3 weeks so I took a shot and try these lean ones and they are really good they have a Swiss chocolate one tastes just like a chocolate shake

And they're high protein the 25 G per shake and less sugar and less carbs than in Premier Protein

The vitamin store has a protein drink fuzzy Navel it's so good. I'm so sick of primer protein right now.
