Concerned about liquid intake

5 days post surgery and I feel great but just full all the time. I am not getting my liquid or protein requirements in and I am scared to force myself when I fill so full. Any advice?

I won’t be sleeved until 10/11, so I can’t relate just yet. But I know that you must stay hydrated. My nutritionist says to drink something every hour..gatorade, broth, protein, water, and popsicles.
Hang in there.

Small sips very often. It also takes a little while for swelling to go down. I feel like it was about Day 7 when all of a sudden I could drink. Keep at it , slow and steady.

The premier liquid protein is good. I think atkins makes something similar to this. I found this at sams club.
