I had VSG surgery on 10/03: Tonight, the rice, beans, and pot roast came out the best ever. (So I assume) Feels weird not taking a bite to sample. Guess, when you make a life changing decision the outcome is far better than the temporary temptations. 12 lbs down since 10/01. #popsiclelife #wifeycooks #hubbyisfit #damnhim #lol
