Going on my 4th day, feel really dizzy nd alot of chest pains. Yesterday was my first time experiencing feeling nauseous after sipping a little bit of chicken broth, i immediately stopped. I just continued drinking crystal light and my protein shakes for now. This dizziness is killing me

I had terrible shoulder and chest pain the first week too. Doc said it was gas related and I had to walk more. I don’t know if walking helped but I did it and the pain subsided after the first week.
