Don't worry about solid food just eat a bite or two then walk away. you will not starve. Try to increase your water intake. if need be put a 64 oz clear container in the fridge every day and make sure

Take it slow, 1 ounce at a time. Do not mix foods. Try one thing alone, wait see how it sits, then eat more.

Hi All! I'm new and haven't seen too much of a communication... maybe a m not posting right... Anyways, I'm 3 days into solid and I feel terrible. I just can't help but feel like I'm doing it all wrong and should just go back to liquid!
I was sleeved on 8/22/2017 and have lost a total of 45 pounds in 6 weeks... it's been hard along the way... not taking down protein, extra stay in the hospital and worse 3 weeks of constipation but this solid food is just making me feel the worse.... I constantly feel the need to vomit ?
Any advice or guidance would be appreciated!
