Is it just me or do protein shakes dry your lips out?? It's driving me nuts! Every single time I drink one of my shakes I feel like I have crust left on my lips.

My lips have been cracking. I Figured it's because I'm probably dehydrated. I'm not getting enuf water.

Many of us struggle to get in enough liquids. I'm three years post op & I still struggle. I used to be able to chug water. That's not a thing for me anymore. Instead, it's sip, sip, sip, all day long.

Good luck!
