Hey as I eat I'm realizing that my taste buds have changed. Things I use to eat like broccoli gets me gassy,sip of coffee, mash cauliflower I can't take. But I have been craving Tomato n I'm not a tomato eater, the cream Soup like red pepper roasted tomato I love, marinara sauce I use as dip. I never liked that either. I'm wondering what next

My taste buds changed I was sleeved on 9/15 and can't stand the taste or smell of Protein Shakes. I've been trying all types to get my Protein in. Instead of doing 3 shakes I'll do a Isopure 40grams, Greek yogurt 15grams, and 6 grams with milk. I'm still on liquid so can't wait to change phase so I can get my protein.

Congrats !!!greek yogurt yes is the best it's smooth. I bought muscle milk in powder form but I can't get it down for me it not a good taste. Egg white r good when ur ready I poach it. U will be fine[emoji4]

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
