  2. Happy thanksgiving Since August 2017 I have learned to listen to my body, well my tummy. Rice, oatmeal, bread r a no for me it doesn't sit good , either it comes up or it is very uncomfortable . I figured out what were sliders n that's all the foods that I need to stay away from. (Cookies, crackers n chips) So far I have been eating healthy moist foods. Im also learning not fill my plate with my eyes cuz it will take 10,000 yrs to complete it. I am scared to stretch my stomach. So far I'm down 30 lbs. starting weight was 215 down to 188lbs. It feels so good to bend climb n do ur toes. How's it going for everyone else . Sharing [emoji4]
  3. starting weight 215-right now 185lbs Been a while since I have signed on here hope ur all well. I have to share this. I have experienced the dumping syndrome omg, omg, i thought I was going to die. Plz take ur time eating chew, chew, chew, & sip, sip, sip[emoji173]️
  4. Hi I I'm a month out now n just a few days ago I felt the pain on my right side n now it's gone. It was hard to stand n sit n lay down. My dr said it was from where he pulled out the stomach right now what I'm feeling is itchy around my Incisions ugh but I don't want to rub anything in it. Bulging has become small thank goodness.
  5. Congrats !!!greek yogurt yes is the best it's smooth. I bought muscle milk in powder form but I can't get it down for me it not a good taste. Egg white r good when ur ready I poach it. U will be fine[emoji4]

  7. Hey as I eat I'm realizing that my taste buds have changed. Things I use to eat like broccoli gets me gassy,sip of coffee,mash cauliflower I can't take. But I have been craving tomato n I'm not a tomato eater, the cream soup like red pepper roasted tomato I love, marinara sauce I use as dip. I never liked that either. I'm wondering what next[emoji4]
  8. So far I have changed it around n been using creamy red pepper tomato soup n it's been good
  9. I thought the burping was a signal that I was full

  17. Hi I had surgery on the -8-23-17 n I feel cold all the time normally I will have my ac on. My kids ask ma ur not hot anymore.[emoji4] yes after surgery.
  18. Ok hi all I have been post op since the 23rd.! Still on liquids n sip sip n walking. BUT!!!!! Y am I binge watching food network my kids ask me mom is this good for u? Idk ahhhhhhh
  19. My right side has been uncomfortable since day one?!??!!! I have been using hot towel to ease it n it has been working ...any advice
  20. Hey I'm recovering but the gas is no joke.
  21. Hi how was recovery for u...mine seems to be kicking my butt. On top of this taking so many meds ugh after recovery detox it all Grateful yes 2chance of life.
