Tip: Having problems with portion control in the long run?

I had some issues with portion control, I then found out using a small plate for the main course (steak, fish, etc.) and two small 4Oz Ramekins to hold your side dishes helps a lot, that way you don't concentrate on filling the plate and the ramekins give the illusion you're getting a lot of food.

Great tip! Using a smaller fork makes you take smaller bites. Eating with chopsticks when possible also limits how much we put in our mouths at a time too. Good stuff!

I never got the hang of chopsticks.. (stab a grain of rice, anyone?!)

Shoot, should have done that preop, wouldn't have needed surgery! Lol!

I really do think these are great ideas though.. LOVE my little dishes and flatware...
