I ate it because I couldn't do one more bite of yogurt. I have it occasionally with some cheese. Your calories seem really low. I wouldn't worry about the pb

It's on my meal list so I'm guessing it's ok. Doc says just to lick off spoon.

I eat peanut butter also as it's on my meal plan. One teaspoon is 80 calories 3/12 grams protein. I guess it's something I'm used to unlike pureed foods. I usually eat it as a snack.

Is anyone else eating smooth peanut butter to get the hungry edge off? It's the only thing that cuts my hunger. But maybe it's too many calories. I'm eating 1-2tbs the most. Other than that I'm eating 2oz of cottage cheese, hummus, refried beans, sugar free pudding and jello, cream of wheat, homemade puréed veggie soup, and yogurt. My calories are about 200-350 a day. I'm day 11 post op.
