I am about 6 weeks out. I'm down about 40lbs. I'm happy with my results so far, but I have constant stomach pain.
It's not excruciating, more like a big rock sitting in my stomach. Not just after I eat, all the time. I wake up with it. I don't know if I'm hungry, full, have acid issues or just crazy!!
It is worse after I eat. I've tried eating less (stopping way before I am starting to feel full), eating slower, eating different foods, etc, but it's still there. Water is the worst.
My doc office says it is normal and go away eventually.
I was pretty emotional for a couple of weeks after surgery, but that seemed to level out. I'm getting that way again; so far the only foods that are really comfortable are yogurt and cottage cheese. I've had them every. Single. Day. For 6 weeks.
Ok, that sounds like a big pity party!! I'm just tired of being uncomfortable all of the time.
