Feeling regretful

I am new to this site and was hoping for some feedback. I had my surgery on Aug 14th. I am 2 weeks post op and still feeling very nauseous. It is hard to even drink water. I have that constant knot right below my chest as if something is stuck even with little sips. I'm trying my hardest to stay positive but it seems almost impossible. I know, well I hope it will pass. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using a straw? I was told not to use a straw if that happens as you may be swallowing extra air.
