I am in the first phase of simply losing the required weight to have my surgery.
For two weeks I have done everything right (to the best of my knowledge). However, not only am I weak as a kitten and feel like I have the flu, I haven't lost any weight!
I am retired, and haven't been able to go for a walk in years. I felt better when I was eating bad food.
With the scales not even budging, I am getting so discouraged and depressed.
Any help or suggestions would be so appreciated.
