Newbie!

hi everyone! I am pre op stage in my journey. I've done some of the required tests but have 4 months to go on pre op diet. Everyone is so helpful and I've learned a lot just reading the posts! I'm hoping to have my surgery in January. I just wanted to to say hi and join in! [emoji38]

Congratulations and good luck on your journey!

i was sleeved 8/15 and did the liquid pre op diet for 2 weeks prior. Down 32 lbs in a little over 3 weeks. Not looking for it to come off super fast but it is motivating to see the scale begin to go down!!! ?
