What are your staple meals?

I'm not a variety kind of Person.

I'm 6 weeks out.

Would like to prepare some meals in advance . ready to go.

First food shop for normal diet And I'm abit stuck.

Home made chili with lean beef, red and green pepper, and zucchini. With bone broth base for an extra kick of protein.

Lots of bean/ meat combos, baked( not wet and not white)tofu, chicken thighs, refried beans, fish,
Eggs, cheese, yogurt, chicken salad, fairlife extra protein milk, some protein shakes and bars for on the go....
that seems to be my shopping list A LOT
