Food

Hey everyone, got sleeved 1 week ago and just wondering what everyone was eating at this point? Amount of calories and size of portions?

Im eating 6 small (1/4 cup) meals a day but am surprised at how hungry I am! My meals are puréed and add up to about 520 calories a day. Feel like I could eat more but scared I'd be eating to much!

The hungry feeling will soon go away . It is normal to feel like is after the surgery. Just keep doing what the dr. Say and I drank water and the protein shake to see if it was really hunger and waited to see if it went away and it did

Also, that shaky weak feeling? It's not straight up "hunger" I think. It's the need for protein. So send it some protein powder in liquid and it should calm down. I don't feel hunger like once did, but I get weak and shaky. It means I need protein. I am finding I have to take protein powder in a liquid with me everywhere in case it hits.
