Tired

I am 1 ½ years out I struggling hardcore! I gained 20Ibs and I'm extreme tired all the time. I have no motivation. Any suggestions would greatly help me!

    Get your iron (hemoglobin) and B vitamin levels checked. I'm 7 months out and the being tired with no motivation was due to lack of those missing vitamins.

    I agree with checking Hemoglobin with an iron profile and B12. I would also check your thyroid levels.
