Help!

I am 4 days post op and I can't get anything in!! I absolutely hate the protein now, anything with flavor, I just want water... I have had major issues with nausea... my stomach is starting to growl.. am I hungry or nauseas? I have no idea!!! [emoji30][emoji30]

It's all normal don't stress your pretty self :) if you have concerns call your surgeon I was fine with getting things down I just didn't want to because of the feeling but I can get anything down now at 2 weeks post op I can take big mouth fulls of drink like water or juice as well without any issues

I was like that too. But Day 5 I woke up a new person. I struggled to eat and drink and lost 8 lbs the week of surgery. It gets better. Sip all day. Take in a spoon full of protein when you can. You got this [emoji173]️


Broth was a go to for me pre-op. I'd have a box (48 ounces) at a time. Immediately after surgery I HATED broth, until I found a low sodium version. I used to consistently oversalt everything, but since surgery I am very sensitive to salt!
