Hey everyone, feeling so ashamed of myself that I'm not at goal over a year out. I'm no food addict by any means and certainly not sedentary, but I have a big problem slowing down to eat and just kind of "picking" instead of eating a meal, and forget about counting calories- I just don't keep up, counting carbs works better for me. Night snacking is a problem and when there's pretzels or something in the house I can't resist. Totally my fault. I was wondering if anyone else is going through this? I have no one to blame but myself.
