Twitches/ muscle spasms?

Did any of y'all get these weird little spasms after surgery it's only 6 days post op for me so I'd imagine it's normal and I forgot to mention during my visit with the surgeon today. I get them on my mid to lower right abdomen and right above my left breast. It's a funny feeling almost like a light buzz in me under my skin.
