I was using isopure and am not. A huge fan of it...at my 3 month post op the doctor could tell I haven't been getting my protein like I should! Yesterday &I today I used the Sprouts (health food supermarket here in AZ) store brand of Whey protein and made fruit & yogurt smoothies and am doing ok with it. I would just do research and make sure your looking at the grams of protein vs the calories!!

Ask your nut, they have a ranking system for protein and how good it actually is for you. If I can find my paper I'll post it with the large list of protein options they've tested.
