Has anyone heard of or tried the Myer cocktail? My daughter and I were told about it when she had the sleeve done so she could get her vitamins through IV

Hi I am actually thinking about doing that after my surgery. I contacted a naturopathic doctor and he recommended one before and after. Another naturalopathic doctor recommended one 4 days post op since I am taking my vitamins. I'm still debating it since it is a little pricey.

I'm trying to find out how often you should do then I have been told weekly 1time month every 3 months so I'm a little confused

There's no evidence this stuff works or is worthwhile. A few minutes on Google and you should suspect there's at least a reasonable chance this is a scam.

I would discuss any medical treatments with a real physician or your surgeon, so you can save your money and time. The closest thing to vitamin infusions are B vitamin injections which actually makes sense for some bariatric patients

My daughter had the sleeve done in Mexico and her doctor told her she should get the cocktail and he does them for himself quite often.
