Bruises and rib pain

Hey everyone so 5 days out of surgery. I am becoming stronger each day but I find myself out of breath sometimes and I have a bruise on my left side ribcage that's swollen and blue. That's the only pain I have right now and my belly button (which is where they pulled out my tummy). Anyone else have bruises and trouble breathing? I will contact my doctor on Monday about it. I'm seeing him on Friday to remove the staples as well.

Aaaw yes I'm fine thank you! I actually googled a search when I didn't get a response and found that it's quite common. I'm so much better today. I walk a lot. Wednesday will be one week post op and today was the first day on a treadmill. I just can't wait to get these staples out [emoji30]
