11 Days Post Surgery

This is my first post. i am 11 days out and down 21 lbs. since surgery. Very happy about that. Overall I would say I feel good, but I do not have much ptience with myself. At my post-op visit I had to be reminded that Not only did I have an extensive bariatric surgery, but I also had an extrnsive hernia repair. So I need to give myself a break. My biggest issue is the drain. Hopefully it will be removed in 3 days.

Welcome!!!

The drains are a PITA :(

Congrats on taking the step forward to change your life!!

Congrats on your surgery and your pounds loss.

I had a fairly easy time healing after surgery and in some ways this can hard because we tend to forget we just had major surgery. I am guilty of over doing it a little during the first week post-op.

I wish you continued success! I hoe the drain comes out soon!
