Any suggestions for getting rid of weakness? I'm 5 weeks post op and it seems like when I eat a popsicle (which I only eat half of each time) the weakness goes away, til I take a nap and wake up and it's there again.
And is it normal that each time I see a picture of food I get repulsed by it and want to throw up? Each time I see pasta or rice, I just frown at it. When I think about going out somewhere to eat, I get discouraged and think "How am I supposed to eat that? Their servings are enough to feed two people at one time." It just bothers me because I hate wasting food and that's all I do now. Once I'm full, I don't go back and finish my plate later, I just throw it away because of said reason and because I hate having the same thing twice now....
