What is everyone "eating"?

What is everyone "eating" or what did you eat during full liquids? What did "full" feel like?

Sleeved 5/24. I'm just sticking to the plan they gave me sugar free jello, chicken broth mixed with 98% fat free cream of chicken soup, sugar free Popsicles, liquid protein isolate. I haven't felt hungry or full yet. On wed I move on to the next phase.

I don't feel hunger either. I have some reflux. I feel a fullness after a few sips. My stomach feels sick when I drink Premier. I'm looking for something else.

Ok this is a relief. I can drink water easily. No tiny sips. I don't chug but it was concerning me. I won't expect restriction until then. Relieved.

I have been eating pureed versions of foods like chicken parmesean and egg salad 3x daily. I have to remind myself to eat otherwise, with all the walking I do, I'll get light headed. I will progress to solid foods tomorrow and I can't wait. Getting enough protein has been difficult especially since I have to cook separate meals for my son and myself (he needs high fat and protein due to his high metabolism) and I'm always on the go for my job. I just can't wait to have regular food again.

What's interesting is that there are foods that my family eats that I no longer have the desire to eat. And the smell of some of them makes me nauseous now (like zebra cakes and honey buns). I'm looking forward to getting to know this new me. ☺️☺️

My bffs have been homemade broth, Kirkland VitaRainZero, SF jello and a bit of Fage.
