Guys, I am concerned about loose skin. Anyone had a slight issue with it and it ended up not so bad? Others, what are some things/exercises to help?

was sleeved March 9 down 40 lbs You are going to find that fat loss is not uniform, I now have chaffing in lower abdomen where upper abdomen folds over lower. need to use lots of ointment in that area. Was told by psych prior to procedure to let surgeon know so he can document that in his notes so insurance may pay down the line for cosmetic surgery later if needed

Im not sure I will have that problem....I just have one slightly beer/pot belly..so hopefully no overlapping. I hope with the documentation, the ins company will cover it down the line. Much success, hope to stay connected and update on each others progress.

Just a tip.. unscented spray on deodorant works amazing on those chaffing areas.. I've used it for years in the groin and under my tummy fold, especially in the summer..

The spray deodorant does help. It's almost like an invisible barrier.
