I can't believe it's almost here. Liquid diet isn't bad because you're constantly drinking shakes, yogurt, pudding, broth and water throughout day. Not to mention, shrinking our liver is for our benefit so best to go hardcore and stick to plan.

Just shakes and water?

The Bariatric Nurse told me I'm allowed 6 shakes per day.

I'm just trying to get the rest of the pre surgery weight off. I was supposed to lose 30 pounds but because of my insulin pump and numbers jumping all over. I was told I just can't gain. I will start my full liquid diet 1 week before surgery

Best email ever. I just got my email in regards to my surgery date of June 19. I'm so excited. I am going to be having bypass on that day. Anyone else have June 19?

Mine is also on June 19th!
