I started this journey over a year ago. I had to quit and take a break last April due to panic attacks and extreme anxiety. Now I'm back and better mentally prepared. Mindfulness and meditation are not just words.

Monday morning at 7:30am my true journey begins. Please send me your well wishes and positive thoughts as I will send all you soon-to-be sleevers mine. I have 3 little boys who need their mom to be happier and healthier, so here we go! Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there. [emoji173]
